Missed yesterday well its the same

 Wed. Had oatmeal for breakfast.... lunch i had a chicken quesedilla.. no sour cream and about a tablespoon of salsa.  Gottta watch that salsa because usually it has a  large amount of sodium.  Dinner  had turkey bacon and a protein shake..wasn't really hungry..

 

Thursday had oatmeal for breakfast lunch had a stuffed pasta shell with chicken and portabello mushrooms. Had a protein shake midday... around 4 had another protein shake 2hrs later had dinner baked jerk chicken wings, broccolli, and about a 4 tablespoons of rice pilaf

 

Will have about 3 8. oz of cold water.  Didn't really workout left elbow is kinda tender i'm not going to push it..

Monday dinner had 1 Hebrew National Frank hotdog... yea i know its somewhat high in sodium but for the entire day i didn't intake anything with salt for the most part... I have odd cravings for sweets in the evening i had 1 meal to go so i had a protein shake... i was good.

 

Tuesday had black coffee (up the metab)  lunch i mashed potatoes, green beens and baked chicken.. lunch in my works cafeteria is awful so i didn't even finish the chicken BLUHH   had a cup of orange juice around midday.  Drunk about 5 glasses of water 2 hours later.  Did clock push ups.. i'll elaborate on that later... did the joints real slow with low reps.. I know you're saying WHAT LOW REP pushups.. DUDE I'M OVER 330LBS ...you bench press 330lbs 10 times and come talk to me.  Anyway, did 2 sets of those toppin out at 10.  Then after a 10m rest ... i pushed out some more reps..cause my body said i could.  You may not be able to sit aside an hour to just workout... but i realized you gotta get it in when you can get it in. PERIOD.  Took a bath got out the tub... when i got dressed set on the edge of the tub hung my as off and slowly lowered my body.. to put my arms and tris' through some shock treatment.  DId 2 sets of 10 of those... then i blended up some protein shakes 1 for now 2 for tomorrow

2 cups of soy milk 

1/2 tablespoon of honey

2 scoops of whey proetin chocolate

1 whole banana

 

shake 2 for Now

1 cup of water

1 scoop of whey protein

handful of raspberries

1/2 teaspoon o honey

1 banana... <-- potassium is the truth.

 

I also attached a link of exercises that will allow you to "get your G.O.Y.A. on" no matter where you're at.  You dont' have weights... and your fat.. guess

what YOU ARE WEIGHT.

in regards to why so many people are overweight..nah its not the glands being slow, its the high cost of quality foods in comparison to the fast foot..but the biggest issue is that.. its so easy to gain weight you can just like sit there and eat at will and fulfill your needs.   However, to workout oh man its so much... you sweat, you ache, you tighten up.. the rewards are great but it requires so much effort.  Why bother when you can get a plus sized outfit (ladies) or cop that extra "X" on your shirt to make it happen.

Beyond Sore on Sunday... yea you saw the list and of course since i didn't reach my water goal for the day... that doesn't help trying to get out of the "sore phase"

Continued to stretch..and my boys didn't care that i was sore.. I still had to fight off random guillotine choke attempts..yea fun times.  Can't wait till they get older so i can like kick em in the nuts or something... anyway.

Monday.. first thing in the morning lots of cold water...(boost your metabolism).   1 hour later

  • coffee boost metabolism
  • oatmeal fiber filler
  • lunch small amt of pasta with broccolli, shrimp (had to be fake shrimp because i'm allergic to shrimp.Yea GoMay lives on the edge..hold the JOn Bon Jovi song), spinach, and garlic
  • 2 hrs later protein shake with  raspberries and half a banana...test like a chocolate shake with bananas..i'll live.

Yea i know i didn't provide anything for "thanks"giving... deont worry i didnt pig out as expected.  I had 3 slices of chicken breast WITHOUT the skin, small amt of dressing, cranberry sauce made from scratch not that bone marrow gellatin stuff out of the can, salad, and about a half cup of fruit salad.

Before i ate i let the boys try to sub me for about 20m straight...may sound like nothing but they move fast.. and they really would love to choke or sub me out.   

Friday I had a cup of oatmeal with granola and a bottled water.....and a cup of coffee...(coffee first thing in the morning will curb your appetite and up your metabolism.  Lunch i had a turkey wrap with lettuce and tomato..the wrap was sun dried tomato. ..don't recall what the fk i ate for dinner that's a no no.
